  • We’ll begin by assessing your current home environment and by creating a vision of what you want your family dynamics to feel like. We’ll then establish a structure of systems and values, based on each person’s needs, wants, and capabilities.

    Once a new foundation for the culture of your home is established, you’ll receive support in maintaining this new standard within your family and home.

  • Kelsey uses these three pillars in her approach to helping families transform their dynamics at home:

    1) Reflection on family values: Getting clear on how you want your home to feel as a family.


    2) Setting Expectations & Boundaries: Creating a system of privileges based on each person’s desires, behavior, and abilities.


    3) Doing the work: Implementing the above systems, receiving support along the way, and pivoting when needed.
